Participation & Attendance:

We expect all of our course participants to be punctual and prepared. Each course has an itinerary and course equipment list linked within the course description. Some of our courses require a certain level of expertise and/or conditioning. Certain tasks may be very physically and emotionally arduous. It is important that participants understand the course dynamics and are prepared to participate mentally and physically.

Weather & Adverse conditions:

We operate our classes in all weather conditions. We recommend that all our participants check the weather forecasts and dress appropriately to be outdoors. During the wet season, you can expect at least a 50% chance of rain every afternoon.

Cancellations & Refunds:

A lot of planning goes in to our courses and seminars, therefore it is vital for our participants to attend their scheduled course. It is difficult for us to fill a seat on short notice, so we ask our participants to provide at least 1 weeks notice to cancel or reschedule.
